Screws designed for over-rafter insulation systems in timber structures. The double thread ? longer for the rafter. shorter under the head for the counter-batten ? eliminates the problem of excessive pressure on the insulation material. The small cylindrical head allows the screw to be driven at any angle to the substrate. The head sinks into the material without the need to enlarge the hole beforehand. and the drill tip allows easy driving without pre-drilling. High pull-out strength allows WKW screws to be used in many other timber structures as well.
